California law requires that an independent inspector of election by used for all secret ballot voting, boar of directors elections and recalls, votes to amend governing documents, and votes to approve special assessments.
As your independent inspector of election, we work with your Association to provide the level of election service you need.
BASE ELECTION SERVICES are provided to meet to requirements of the Davis-Stirling Act
California civil code including, but not limited to:
- Receiving electronic and written ballots and maintaining custody of the returned ballots prior to and after the election.
- Counting and tabulating votes at an election meeting.
- Determining the tabulated results of the election.
- Performing any acts as may be proper to conduct the election with fairness to all members in accordance with this article, the Corporations Code, and all applicable rules of the association regarding the conduct of the election that are not in conflict with Civil Code Section 5110.
FULL ELECTION SERVICE includes the items listed in the Base Election Services plus
- copying (ballots, meeting notice, voting instructions, etc), envelope stuffing, and distributing election materials by mail.
Pricing is based on the number of units in the Association.
